Please read these Terms and Conditions set forth by Pinnacle Academy (Herein defined as "Pinnacle Academy", "Pinnacle", "Prosperity", "Positivity "). We work constantly to improve what we do and develop new systems to make our services better for you and our community. As a result, we may need to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to accurately reflect our services and practices. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without notice.  All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the "Website" (www.pinnacleprepacademy.com) following the posting of revised Terms and Conditions means that you accept and agree to the changes. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically to familiarize yourself with any modifications. The Terms and Conditions set forth in this agreement are part of the Pinnacle Academy process for outlining who we are, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. By clicking to accept or agree to the Terms and Conditions when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms and Conditions described. If you do not want to agree to these Terms and Conditions you will not be admitted into our program.

Being selected into our elite basketball training program requires several steps of qualification. We speak to thousands of student-athletes each season, which means we have hundreds of interviews and many tours, and we must be selective in who we choose to qualify into our program.

Pinnacle Academy is a Post-Graduate Basketball Training Program that is specifically designed to enable players who attend our program the opportunity to experience elite basketball training, and to play basketball games against nationally ranked Schools and Colleges in order to gain exposure which can lead to college scholarships, recruiting, and paying basketball contracts, playing International, or playing at the collegiate level of D1, D2, D3, NAIA, JUCO, etc. Our program is an investment into your son, and can potentially save you tens of thousands of dollars from student loans. If you and your son believe he has what it takes to get to the next level, then the Pinnacle Academy program could be right for you.

We welcome parent(s)/guardian and family members to be involved and updated at what goes on in our training programs and games. The investment you make in your son will be seen at the completion of our 10-Month immersion program. We will have video lessons, leadership and team building training, personal trainers, professional photographer(s) and videographers, podcasts, video interviews, and much more. This will help to train, prepare and create exposure for your son that he needs to succeed.

Our primary services are outlined on our webpage titled “Our Services.” These services are what you can expect from us. This is not a basketball camp. This is an immersion College Preparatory training program to push and train your son to go beyond his current boundaries into new levels of skill and character development.  Serious work and commitment will be required by your son for him to succeed.

 

Liability

By reading, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions set forth by Pinnacle Academy and contained therein.  You will by no means, nor in any way hold Pinnacle Academy, nor its staff, contractors, or facility vendors, liable for any injury, loss, or death. A vendor includes, but is not limited to, the passenger van and driver, and any facility that the player may go for training, practice, workouts, games, hotels, restaurants, etc.

Each individual player who attends our program is unique. Each player is at different stages in their basketball IQ, skills training, academics, and personality development. Therefore, not every player will receive a full scholarship attending a D1 College. However, our program is specifically designed to give you the maximum exposure that is needed, so that if you have the talent, academics, skill, and attitude that is necessary to get paying basketball contracts and full-scholarships to D1 or D2 Colleges—you will receive the offers.

As stated above not every player who attends our program will receive offers from Colleges or paying basketball contracts. Therefore, you agree not to hold Pinnacle Academy liable/responsible in any form, if you (player & parent/guardian) are not given any offers from Colleges or paying basketball contracts, nor any other type of offer or recruitment. We will do our best to help recruit your son. We have built and continue to build relationships with College coaches across the nation, as well as International Teams, and we begin promoting your son within the first weeks of our program.

 

Refund Policy

There are no refunds for the application fee submission. There are no refunds for the background check fee submission. There are no refunds for the $5,179.80 Non-Refundable Deposit. 

 

***There are no refunds for Pinnacle Academy/Youth Crusader's Tuition, Registration.*** 

 

Housing

All housing must be registered in the student athlete’s name along with the parent/guardian as the guarantor/co-signer. This will ensure that proper housing/renter's insurance is congruent with the tenant living in the assigned room.  Housing is separate from tuition and is based on a 3rd Party Service.

 

Player Content & Media

Pinnacle Academy is a business and reserves the right to take pictures, video, audio, and other written and digital, and electronic content to promote each student-athlete, and to market and promotes Pinnacle Academy and its vendors or facilities.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Pinnacle Academy. Pinnacle Academy has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services, or facilities. You further acknowledge and agree that Pinnacle Academy shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services or facilities.

 

Your Commitment to Pinnacle Academy

By completing the application, video interview, family meeting(s), background check, along with signing and sending in the Player Contract & Student-Athlete Commitment Contract with the $5,179.80 Non-Refundable Deposit which is applied towards the tuition investment you will reserve your place on our Roster. We are committing to you, and you are exclusively committing to Pinnacle Academy and our Terms and Conditions. By exclusively committing to our program, this means that you will not be attending any other program during the Season you have signed and committed to us.  Late fees may be added if tuition is not paid in full on scheduled due dates.  Failure to fulfill your tuition investment can result in your son being dismissed from the program, and/or reduced playing time.  

 

Intellectual Property

The Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, text, displays, Logos, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Pinnacle Academy, or other providers of such material and are protected by the United States and international copyright, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, sell, store, alter, or transmit any of the material on our Website unless you receive prior written authorization by Pinnacle Academy. No right, title, or interest in or to the Website or any content on the Website is transferred to you, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by Pinnacle Academy.
